Short review: Ainslee is a VC neighborhood expert, extremely patient with this 1st time home buyer, always available and eager to make people’s lifelong dreams come true. Long review: As a first time homebuyer, Ainslee is was everything I could have asked for in a realtor. She listened to every comment I made as we looked through houses to remember what my likes and dislikes were based on reactions. She was always available and never made me feel like I was a bother. She was genuinely excited to get me into a place that was right for me, even when I didn’t quite know what that was at the beginning of my journey. Ainslee knows Ventura County, and that came in handy when searching through 3 cities worth of realty. Everyone says buying a house is a trying process and I can’t say I agree, and I credit that to a knowledgeable realtor and awesome lending officer. Ainslee managed to balance my (buyer) desire for a lower price home without insulting the seller (and being realistic with me on the value of the home). I could go on but my point is this: Use Ainslee as your realtor. You won’t regret it.
